Ithon Technology provides digital, business-to-business lead-generation and fulfillment services. Because campaign setup, qualification, routing, appointment scheduling, live-transfer delivery, and data fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is confirmed, refunds are handled according to the terms below.
Order Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation before campaign setup, fulfillment, or delivery begins. If no work has started, Ithon Technology may approve a cancellation and issue a refund where applicable.
Once campaign setup, sourcing, qualification, scheduling, routing, or delivery has started, cancellation may not be possible. Any unused balance, future delivery adjustment, or account credit will be reviewed based on the specific campaign and service agreement.
Digital Service Delivery
Leads, live transfers, appointments, and policy-based opportunities are digital services. These services cannot be physically returned once delivered, accessed, transferred, scheduled, or made available to the client.
Quality Concerns
If a client believes a delivered opportunity does not meet the agreed campaign criteria, they must submit the concern with supporting details within 48 hours of delivery. Ithon Technology will review the request against the agreed campaign requirements.
Where a valid issue is confirmed, Ithon Technology may provide a replacement, account credit, delivery adjustment, or another appropriate resolution. Refunds are not guaranteed for leads, appointments, transfers, or opportunities that meet the agreed delivery criteria.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
• Delivered leads, completed live transfers, scheduled appointments, or fulfilled opportunities that meet agreed criteria
• Changes in a client’s internal sales process, staffing, licensing, availability, or follow-up speed
• Conversion results, policy approvals, commissions, sales outcomes, or revenue expectations
• Client failure to contact, follow up with, or respond to delivered prospects
• Orders affected by inaccurate client instructions, targeting changes, or delayed client responses
Payment Disputes
Clients should contact Ithon Technology before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. We will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve legitimate concerns promptly.
